Student Intervention Team Referral Form

The Student Intervention Team (SIT) is a collaborative group formed of academic and residential staff to further examine a student’s academic, behavioral, and social-emotional progress.  Referrals can be made by academic staff or residential staff.  The SIT meeting provides everyone working with the student an opportunity to share not only concerns, but best practices and develop a plan to help the student maximize their success moving forward.  Thank you for being part of this process.
